You can request a refund for the remaining balance on your DIGICASH bracelet presented by Banamex through an online form. We will not have refund services at the modules inside the event.
The refund request period is from Wednesday, November 26 until Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

1. Keep your DIGICASH bracelet presented by Banamex, to be able to enter the folio number found behind the chip.
2. Access the online platform and create an account with your information. *You can make this request from Wednesday, November 26 until Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

We want your festival experience to be more agile and secure with Digicash presented by Banamex.
STEP 1
Go to any Digicash presented by Banamex recharge zone within the VIP area and get your bracelet, which you can use throughout the Festival.
STEP 2
Recharge your bracelet (at Digicash presented by Banamex recharge zones) by adding the amount you want, using your debit card, credit card or cash.
STEP 3
Enjoy your food and beverage purchases.
Make sure to check your balance after each transaction.
STEP 4
Refund the balance of your bracelet that you have not used, by requesting it online, check the refund section.
REFUNDS
You can always request a refund of your remaining balance on your Digicash presented by Banamex bracelet, through the online form you will find at: www.tecatecomuna.com available from Wednesday, November 26 from 11:00 hrs to Wednesday, December 17 at 23:59 hrs
This transaction has no bank commission.
This chip is provided and has been activated by 50 PRODUCCIONES, S.A. DE C.V. to credit resources and charge them, which serves as an electronic payment method exclusively in designated areas within the Foro Cholula venue and during the day of the event called "Tecate Comuna 2025" on November 22, 2025.
The amount credited to this chip may be refunded by 50 PRODUCCIONES S.A. DE C.V. at the end of the event by requesting it on the site www.tecatecomuna.com, where usage policies, validity and refunds are found. The amount to be refunded is the balance that the user did not use in their purchases during the event.
In case of loss or theft of the chip, it is not subject to exchange or replacement and you cannot claim from 50 PRODUCCIONES S.A. DE C.V. or any third party, the remaining or credited amount.
Only those over 18 years of age may purchase alcoholic beverages charged to this chip, who prove this through an official, original and valid document.
50 PRODUCCIONES S.A. DE C.V. is responsible for system management and refund of the balance of this chip.

Tecate Comuna will take place at Foro Cholula, located at Recta Cholula - Puebla 2417, Sin Nombre de Col 1, 72810 San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, México.
The festival ends at approximately 1:30 a.m.
There is a cut-off time, usually three hours before the last show. Arrive early to enjoy all the performances.
